I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decor of the hotel. The vintage style reminded me of the good old days. The general areas were always clean and well-maintained, making it easy for us seniors to navigate around. The hotel had convenient access with elevators, making it hassle-free for us to move around with ease.

I would have appreciated if the children working there could provide more assistance for senior guests.

The budget hotel had a good, sized queen room with central heating, a TV, and a writing desk, and the staff were affable and super friendly during my one, night stay. Rewritten: I really enjoyed my stay at this budget, friendly place where the queen room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

The room at Hotel Residence Universo was great! After a long day of exploring, I could relax in the cozy seating area. The kitchenette, though at an extra cost, was a welcome addition. The private bathroom with a shower and complimentary toiletries made me feel pampered. I loved that some rooms had views of the stunning Dente del Gigante mountain peak or the Pré Saint Didier thermal baths. Plus, the free toiletries and hair dryer were a nice touch.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the extra cost for the kitchenette, but others might still find it convenient.
